All purchases are for your personal use only. You may not place orders for family members, friends or coworkers unless it is explicitly stated by Arc’teryx.

All returns of new products must be initiated through your PRO account by going to the Returns & Refunds page. You may not return any item bought through your PRO account to any Arc’teryx brand store or other retailer. Purchase limits are not replenished when items are returned and are reset annually.

We require current documentation to confirm your current active status or full-time employment with your professional organization. Membership cards must show valid dates and pay stubs should be dated no more than one month prior to the date of application. Members of the outdoor manufacturing industry only require a valid company email address.

We do not require any sensitive personal information and encourage you to black out any sensitive data.

Currently our PRO Purchase Program is available to Canada, the United States and most European countries. Any other countries may be facilitated through local dealers or sales representatives and eligible professionals are invited to speak with them regarding options available to you.

You will receive an email from Arc’teryx requesting that you renew your membership by resubmitting current documentation demonstrating your current eligibility.

A range of purpose-built products ideal for professional uniforms are available through our PRO Strategic Sales team and our select network of PRO Wholesale partners, and can include custom embroidery & heat transfer, reflective striping and Velcro options to meet your team requirements.

A minimum of 10 pieces of the same model is required to be able to facilitate a PRO uniform order.
